Deliverables- Lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.
- Establish and enforce program governance, including RAID management, integrated planning, executive reporting, and cross-project dependency coordination.
- Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to Project Managers, standardizing delivery practices, improving execution discipline, and removing blockers.
- Oversee complex IT initiatives including application development, legacy modernization, and data migration, while managing budgets, resources, and vendor performance.
Experience Required- 8+ years of progressive experience in IT project/program management, including leading multiple concurrent initiatives and portfolios.
- Proven experience managing and coaching Project Managers, improving delivery execution through governance, standards, and best practices.
- Strong experience delivering across multiple IT domains, including application development, system modernization, and data migration programs.
- Solid financial and resource management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and capacity planning.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery fundamentals (RAID, scheduling, critical path, change control) with excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
