We are seeking a skilled 3-Axis CNC Milling Programmer and Set up, to operate, and maintain advanced CNC machining centers to produce high-precision components. The ideal candidate has strong experience in understanding complex machining processes, and is committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:- Set up and program 3-axis CNC milling machine
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Load programs, set tooling, offsets, and fixtures
- Monitor machine performance and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as required
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
- Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining issues and perform minor machine maintenance
- Document production data and quality checks
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience programming 3-axis CNC machines
- Strong understanding of cutting tools, materials, and machining strategies
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
