EveryMind Mental Health Services is currently recruiting a skilled, experienced, and enthusiastic mental health professional for the full-time position of Access, Intake Support Specialist to provide a continuum of mental health interventions to children/youth and their families.

Summary of FunctionThe Access, Intake Support Specialist is the primary level contact person at EveryMind for clients and community referral sources and professionals. The incumbent is responsible for providing screening and information related to services, screening all 3rd party and doctor referrals and offering supports provided by the Centre and core service providers. They are responsible for redirecting callers when necessary, to more suitable community resources. The position reports to the Manager, Access, Intake and Health Information and works with other community organizations who are a part of WhereToStart.ca coordinated access and intake network for the Region of Peel. The Access/Intake Support Specialist is an essential part of the child and youth mental health system’s functioning and is a collaborative member working on behalf of WhereToStart.ca. All duties and responsibilities are performed within the role of the organization, as the lead agency and in keeping with the organization’s Mission Statement, Philosophy, Values, Policies, Procedures and Accreditation Standards.
This is a full-time position due to an existing vacancy.
Hiring Salary Range - $55,285.57 - $59,796.87 (Step 1 to Step 3 in 5 Step pay band)
Please note that hiring salaries are commensurate with experience and generally start at the beginning of the range
