Duties:

• Manage and lead a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Quickbooks software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
• A driven and goal-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Additional Benefits:

Starting at $40,000K with potential earnings of $70,000 - $80,000 through commission.
