Vodaland Canada is a leading supplier of drainage and landscaping products for the commercial and institutional sectors. We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Account Manager to join our team.
This is a desk-based, sales-operations position focused on identifying construction leads, managing a digital sales pipeline, and preparing quotes for contractors. You will be the primary link between our products and the firms that build Canada’s infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities- Navigate construction bidding platforms (e.g., Merx, ConstructConnect) to identify new project opportunities.
- Use our CRM software to track the lifecycle of a project from the initial bid through to the final purchase order.
- Maintain consistent communication with contractor estimating departments to ensure our quotes are competitive and received on time.
- Prepare accurate pricing packages and technical submittals based on project blueprints.
- Maintain high levels of digital organization using Google Sheets, Drive, and Gmail for tracking orders and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure project orders are processed accurately and delivery timelines are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for contractors regarding product availability, pricing, and technical details.
- Build long-term rapport with repeat clients through fast, reliable, and professional email and phone correspondence.
Qualifications- 2+ years in an office-ready role (e.g., Inside Sales, Account Coordination, or Business Administration).
- Advanced comfort with Google Workspace (specifically Sheets and Drive) is a must.
- Direct experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to manage a sales workflow.
- A natural ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and technical documents with 100% accuracy.
- Exceptional professional writing skills.
