Responsibilities and Duties:- Answer 6 telephone lines
- Matching PO's to Vendor Invoices
- Order Entry and Invoicing for Multiple Departments
- Prepare Daily Bank Deposits for Multiple Accounts
- Coding and Posting of Vendor Invoices for Multiple Departments
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Open and Distribute Mail
- Balancing POS machine
- Organize and Maintain Files
- Maintain stock of Office/Coffee/Snack Supplies
- Arrange Courier Deliveries when needed
- Provide full range of Administrative Support
- Provide Full Back up to our Controller as necessary
Qualifications and Skills:- Strong Understanding of Accounting Principles with Accounting Exp.
- Attention to Detail/Accuracy
- Strong Computer Skills, Experience with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Work well on your own as well as being a Team Player
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Benefits after 6 months. Wages commensurate with Experience. Position to start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
