Tasks- Preparing and assembling mortgage files for analysis.
- Sending required forms and documents to clients and following up as needed.
- Checking the completeness, compliance, and accuracy of files.
- Managing email communications and administrative follow-ups.
- Providing daily administrative support to mortgage brokers.
- Performing any other related tasks required to ensure smooth operations.

Job requirements- Current or completed studies at college or university level in finance, accounting, or business administration, or any relevant experience.
- Bilingual in French/English, both spoken and written (used approximately 50% of the time).
- Strong comfort with technology and computer tools, including Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and thoroughness.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude, discretion, and reliability.
- Interest in the financial sector and administrative support (an asset).
