Peden RV is a small family run RV dealership, looking for an Administrative Assistant.
This is a part-time permanent, on-site role located in Sidney, BC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including preparing and scheduling work orders, submitting warranty, ordering and receiving of parts, paperwork filing, . Key duties include, managing phone inquiries with professionalism, and maintaining organized records and schedules.
HoursTuesday to Friday 9:30 to 3:00
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
