We are looking for a poised, professional, and highly organized individual to join our clients team. This is a vital role in a fast-paced construction environment where you will manage the flow of their busy season by handling high-volume inquiries and precision scheduling.
What you will be doing:- Act as the "voice of the company," answering all incoming calls with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Qualify incoming inquiries and convert them into scheduled appointments.
- Coordinate and book site visits and service appointments, ensuring maximum efficiency for our field team.
- Provide high-level support to clients, resolving scheduling conflicts and providing project updates.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 to maintain records, update spreadsheets, and manage email correspondence.
What you should have:- 2-3 years of office administration experience
- An effective communicator with a confident, professional telephone manner. You should be comfortable speaking with a diverse range of clients and contractors.
- A background in Construction, Trades, or Property Management is highly preferred to understand our workflow.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) is a must.
- You thrive in a "fast-paced" environment, remain calm under pressure during peak seasons, and maintain a polished, professional image in the office

In Return, You Will Receive:- $50,000-$55,000 depending on experience
