Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with good Shopify inventory and item management skills. The ideal candidate has excellent written English, fast typing speed, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update Inventory related data in Shopify.
- Make shipping arrangements on clients ERP platforms
- Create Invoices and shipping documents
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry tasks
- Manage emails and written English communication professionally
- Prepare reports and summaries using Excel
- Create PowerPoint presentations as needed
- Perform basic image editing (resizing, simple formatting for documents/presentations)
- General administrative support duties
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, data handling)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred (Nice to Have)- Shopify and E-Commerce Experience Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Basic image editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Previous administrative or data entry experience
