We are seeking a Customer Service/Appointments Clerk to join our client's day shift team in Brampton, ON.

This position requires an individual with previous customer service and appointments experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry.

Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay: Up to $22.00/hour

• Calling/making appointments for drivers
• Contacting drivers/carriers
• Tracking/tracing shipments
• Other duties as required

• Previous experience in a similar Customer Service/Appointments role within the Transportation industry
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Superior customer service skills
• Good data entry/computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Able to work on the day shift Monday to Friday in Brampton
