Position OverviewYou will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative functions while coordinating logistics to ensure efficient operations across teams and projects.
This role requires strong communication and written skills, attention to detail, problem solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- When required, manage front desk and reception duties, including handling calls and greeting visitors
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain records
- Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods
- Support quality assurance processes and internal audits
Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Time management and prioritization
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Quality Assurance experience is required
