Position OverviewTradedexus Canada Inc. is a Toronto-based foreign exchange and cross-border financial services firm operating within Canada’s regulatory framework.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Support Assistant to support office operations, compliance documentation, and marketing coordination within a regulated financial services environment.
This role offers structured exposure to compliance operations and an opportunity to transition into a full-time position upon successful completion of the probation period.
Employment StructureProbation Period – First 3 Months
- Part-Time (20 hours per week)
- Administrative onboarding and compliance training
Post-Probation
- Transition to Full-Time employment
- Tuesday – Saturday schedule
- Includes 6 hours of flexible work time per week
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support- Manage daily office operations
- Handle client calls and general inquiries
- Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
- Assist with contract preparation and internal documentation
- Coordinate scheduling and office supplies
Compliance Support- Assist with KYC documentation collection and record management
- Maintain internal AML compliance files
- Support regulatory recordkeeping and audit preparation
- Ensure accurate and confidential handling of financial information
Marketing Support- Assist with preparation of marketing materials
- Support website and social media updates
- Coordinate client communications and outreach activities
- Maintain CRM and client contact records
Qualifications- College diploma or higher
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese is an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential financial information
- Valid Canadian driver’s license is considered an asset
- Interest in financial services and compliance
Compliance TrainingDuring the probation period, the selected candidate will be required to complete designated KYC / AML foundational training.
Upon successful completion of:
- The probation period
- Required compliance coursework
Transition to full-time employment
The company will reimburse approved training expenses.
