Administrative Support 3 - $1,742.83 to $2,205.23 bi-weekly ($24.04 - $30.42/hour or $45,487.86 - $57,556.50/year)
Administrative Support 4 - $1,918.46 to $2,427.46 bi-weekly ($26.46 - $33.48/hour or $50,071.81 - $63,356.71/year)

Program support roles serve as a first point of contact for the public, responding to inquiries by phone, email, or in person, and providing information on program requirements, processes, and eligibility in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Provide a wide variety of administrative support services which may include drafting and formatting correspondence, managing records, completing data entry, maintaining calendars, and coordinating office supplies.

- Financial Support
Provide financial and administrative support by processing and reviewing financial documents related to expenditures, reconciliations, petty cash, and other routine financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
