OverviewWe are seeking a self motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support member to assist our real estate/property management office operations in Kelowna. This is an independent contractor position whereas you are able to work remotely and/or in office as desired, and manage the workload as tasks are received in our CRM. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills and a background in real estate and/or property management is preferred. Duties- Supporting agents and property managers with document review and file completion
- Managing the office email address and replying to various inquiries
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and preparing correspondence
- Communicate with lawyers regarding completions and update files accordingly
- MLS activations and updates to listings
- Upload social media posts
Qualifications- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within the real estate/property management field
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills for general public interactions and client support
- Ability to type accurately and proofread documents for errors
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and filing procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
