About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to manage financial transactions, support payroll and HR functions, maintain corporate records, and assist with employment services delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain financial records using SAGE.
- Manage payroll and employee scheduling in Dayforce.
- Manage room licensing and rentals
- Digitize historical records and maintain office supplies.
- Maintain corporate documentation.
- Support employment services by tracking client supports and performance indicators.
- Support acquiring client support

Skills RequiredQualifications:- Experience in administrative or financial support roles.
- Proficiency in Accounting and Payroll software (preferably SAGE and Dayforce), and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred:- Experience in nonprofit or employment services
