SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented individual to act as the first point of contact for prospective clients while also providing personal assistant to the CEO support. This role is fully in-office with no remote work.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and triaging/guiding prospective clients through intake.
- Collect and organize intake details.
- Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal tasks.
- Assist with basic errands or personal tasks for the CEO as needed.
- Execute administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications:- Strong phone and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and able to manage schedules and tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable with client-facing communication.
- Ability to handle administrative and personal assistant tasks.
Work Environment:This is an in-office role, fully onsite, supporting client intake and personal assistant tasks.
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
