Our mission is to build a high-performance, AI-powered agency ecosystem that outcompetes traditional, independent agencies through speed, automation, and intelligent systems.

We are now hiring an AI & Automation Manager to help lead this transformation.

Role Overview

This is a managerial role responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling AI across the entire Ignite ecosystem.

You will sit at the intersection of:

• Strategy
• Operations
• Product development
• Automation systems

Your mandate is simple but ambitious:

Turn Ignite into the most AI-leveraged agency network in the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the AI roadmap across all agencies in the network
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across:
• Marketing delivery (SEO, ads, content)
• Sales systems
• Operations & internal workflows
• Standardize best practices across agencies

2. AI Implementation & Automation

• Design and deploy automation systems using tools such as:
• ChatGPT / Claude / LLMs
• Claude CoWork
• AI agents
• n8n
• GoHighLevel
• Custom AI agents & workflows
• Build reusable AI systems and templates for:
• Lead generation
• Client reporting
• Content production
• Sales pipelines
• Oversee implementation across multiple agencies

3. Network Enablement

• Act as the AI lead across all partner agencies
• Train and support agency owners and teams
• Provide hands-on support for high-value implementations
• Create SOPs, playbooks, and internal documentation

4. Productization of AI Services

• Help define and scale Ignite’s AI service offerings, including:
• AI audits & strategy
• AI implementation packages
• Automation retainers
• Work with leadership to create repeatable, high-margin AI products
• Enable agencies to sell AI services into their client base

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay at the forefront of AI tools and trends
• Test and deploy emerging technologies quickly
• Continuously optimize systems for efficiency and ROI

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who combines technical capability with business acumen.

Must-Have:

• Proven experience building AI or automation systems in real-world environments
• Ability to implement AI agents
• Strong working knowledge of:
• LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
• CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)
• Experience implementing AI in:
• Marketing
• Sales
• Operations

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in a digital marketing agency environment
• Experience scaling systems across multiple teams or business units
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
• Experience productizing services

Mindset:

• Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership
