Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient AI Data Notation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately annotating and preparing data sets used for training and validating AI models. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, familiarity with various programming languages, and experience working with diverse data formats and tools. Responsibilities

• Annotate large volumes of data accurately across different formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV to support machine learning models.
• Validate data quality and consistency to ensure high standards for AI training datasets.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to understand project requirements and deliver annotated data aligned with specifications.
• Utilize tools like Visual Studio, Eclipse, or other IDEs for data processing tasks.
• Manage version control using Git, GitHub, GitLab, SVN, or TFS to maintain organized workflows.
• Assist in the development and testing of automation scripts using languages such as Python, Bash (Unix shell), or JavaScript to streamline annotation processes.
• Perform basic database management using SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server for data retrieval and storage.
• Support integration of annotated data into AI models deployed on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Maintain documentation of annotation procedures and project progress using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards throughout the annotation process.

Requirements

• Proven experience with data analysis skills and familiarity with software development lifecycle processes.
• Strong understanding of programming languages including Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS, and SQL variants such as PL/SQL or T-SQL.
• Experience working with mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms; knowledge of REST APIs is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Maven, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, SVN, TFS, or GitHub workflows.
• Knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with UI/UX principles for annotating user interface components in web or mobile apps.
• Understanding of computer networking concepts and cloud services like AWS or Azure is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and analysis skills to ensure high-quality annotation standards.
• Prior experience in AI/ML projects involving data labeling for neural networks or machine learning algorithms is preferred.
