We are looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives who want real experience in sales, AI, local business growth, and B2B appointment setting.
Role OverviewAs an SDR, your main responsibility is to contact roofing and HVAC business owners, start conversations, and book qualified demo calls for Syntex AI.
This role is best suited for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, coachable, and motivated by performance-based income.
Responsibilities- Call roofing and HVAC companies to introduce Syntex AI
- Send outreach messages through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other channels
- Book qualified demo calls with business owners
- Follow up with prospects who show interest
- Track calls, conversations, and appointments in our CRM
- Follow provided scripts, training, and outreach systems
- Meet weekly activity targets for calls, messages, and booked meetings
- Attend sales training or check-ins when required

- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, call centres, door-to-door, real estate, insurance, roofing, HVAC, or home services is an asset but not required
CompensationThis is an independent contractor, commission-based role.
Compensation may include:
- Commission for closed clients
- Performance bonuses for hitting client acquisition targets
- Potential recurring commissions depending on performance and role progression
Estimated earnings vary based on activity level, skill, and results. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or base salary.
