Currently, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Sales Support and Analyst individual to join the team.
Position Title: Aircraft Maintenance Sales Support & Analyst
Location: Mississauga, ON Canada
Employment Type: Full-Time
Roles and Responsibilities:- Quotation research and development
- Includes research of historical data of labour for MTCMs, ADs, SBs and HT
- Research on vendor services, historical and new quotations.
- Reporting for the following
- Project costing
- Project cost analysis
- Deposit schedule
- Creation and sending of deposits
- Manage base schedules and pipeline
- Final invoice review – post creation by finance team
- Includes review of F/R and estimated hours vs invoiced hours
- Continuous process improvements
Requirements:- Degree from credited University or College
- Basic knowledge of aircraft systems, electronics, and maintenance practices
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- You are flexible with respect to work shifts.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suit with a focus on Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills
Pay: $62,400.00-$72,800.00 per year
