Job Summary

As an Apprentice Automotive Technician at our dealership, you will work alongside experienced mechanics to learn and assist in automotive repairs and maintenance. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Perform tire replacements
• Learn to use power tools and hand tools effectively
• Study and interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems
• Assemble and disassemble vehicle components under supervision

Experience

• Ability to lift heavy objects as needed
• Interest in pursuing a career as a mechanic
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Have completed apprenticeship course at BCIT etc. for Automotive Service Technician Apprenticeship (HL)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
