As a Trainee Painter & Decorator, you’ll be trained in the full process of professional painting, learning the foundations that set premium work apart from average results. This is a hands-on role with clear progression into skilled painting work.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (site and shop cleanup)
• Assist with protecting floors, furniture, and surrounding surfaces
• Support surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming
• Learn proper masking and taping techniques for clean finishes
• Assist with material handling and tool setup
• Follow instructions to prepare surfaces to a high standard
• Progress into applying paint using brushes, rollers, and spray systems
• Work alongside experienced painters to develop professional techniques
• Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism
