Job Summary:We are looking for Area Operations Managers, focused on one of four geographical areas: GTA East, GTA West, GTA North and Southwestern Ontario.
The Area Operations Manager is a field-based operational leader overseeing a defined group of parking sites and serving as the link between frontline teams and the Senior Operations Manager. Based at a designated home site, the Area Operations Manager works primarily in the field, providing hands-on leadership, supervision, and rapid response across their portfolio. They manage their sites as a single performance unit, accountable for overall stability, service quality, and consistent execution. This is a highly visible role focused on real-time problem solving and operational excellence. The Area Operations Manager reports to the Senior Operations Manager.
Compensation:Salary 60,000.00-70,000.00/yearly

Job Responsibilities/ Duties:- Maintain a strong daily field presence across assigned sites, managing them as one performance unit.
- Standardize best practices across the portfolio and conduct audits.
- Respond immediately to operational disruptions, and step in directly to restore stability when needed.
- Provide temporary coverage or leadership during emergencies, including after hours and weekends.
- Coordinate with maintenance, IT, or support teams to resolve urgent issues.
- Directly supervise, train and mentor site managers and /or supervisors/CSRs.
- Support HR team in the hiring and onboarding process, address performance gaps proactively, and enforce disciplinary processes when required.
- Monitor key operational metrics across assigned sites - including equipment downtime, staffing coverage, service responsiveness, and incident frequency.
- Provide regular performance updates to the Senior Operations Manager and proactively identify emerging risks or trends.
- Serve as a visible and responsive operational presence for all facilities teams.
- Address daily operational concerns before escalation.
- Maintain professional, solution-oriented communication.
- Complete all tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager
Qualifications:- 3+ years of operations experience, with preferred experience in parking, transportation, facilities, or property management
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field or combination of post secondary education with relevant experience.
- Experience managing multi-site operations is an asset
- Proven experience in staff supervision and performance management
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and with little supervision, while exercising ethical and professional business practices.
- Strong skills in reporting tools, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to interpret business metrics and translate insights into action.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract, as regular travel is required within the assigned region.
