Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Asset Manager will be responsible for the strategic oversight, performance, and lifecycle management of all critical infrastructure assets within the company’s High Performance Computing (HPC) data centers. This role ensures that all facility systems—including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and environmental infrastructure—are operated, maintained, and optimized to deliver maximum reliability, efficiency, and longevity.
This position is suited for an experienced professional in data center or mission-critical facility operations, with a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and infrastructure interdependencies. The Asset Manager will play a central role in developing and executing maintenance programs, optimizing asset performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, while supporting capacity planning and operational scalability.
As a key stakeholder across the organization, the Asset Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, IT, and external vendors, contributing to decision-making throughout the asset lifecycle—from commissioning and operation through to renewal or decommissioning. This individual will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, enhancing reliability, and ensuring that all infrastructure assets are managed in a cost-effective, data-driven, and performance-focused manner.

Responsibilities:- Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of all critical data center infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and environmental monitoring systems.
- Ensure reliable facility performance by developing and executing preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs.
- Manage asset lifecycle across the site, including inventory control, maintenance records, warranty tracking, and end-of-life planning.
- Supervise on-site facility staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, technical standards, and operational excellence.
- Monitor facility performance metrics and environmental conditions to ensure compliance with uptime targets and operational efficiency (e.g., PUE, temperature, humidity).
- Coordinate infrastructure capacity planning to optimize space, power, and cooling utilization in alignment with IT and business growth.
- Lead incident response for facility-related outages, conduct root cause analyses (RCA), and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain regulatory and industry standard compliance, including ISO, SOC, Uptime Institute Tier certifications, and local safety codes.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, ensuring high-quality support, timely delivery, and cost-effective procurement.
