OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Services Manager to lead our customer relations team and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with proven project management and supervising experience, capable of managing multiple client accounts and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Duties- Oversee daily operations of the client services department, ensuring high-quality support and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Manage client accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and negotiating solutions that align with company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of client service representatives to achieve performance targets.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on client satisfaction levels, service performance, and team productivity for senior management.
- Facilitate multilingual communication to serve diverse client bases effectively.

- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
