We are looking for a reliable, compassionate Organizing Assistant to help support older adults and families through downsizing, packing, unpacking, and setting up new living spaces. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, practical, organized, and comfortable working with seniors during emotional life transitions.

• Support clients with sorting, decluttering, and downsizing belongings.
• Assist with packing, labeling, unpacking, and organizing household items.
• Help set up kitchens, bedrooms, closets, storage areas, and personal spaces in a safe and thoughtful way.
• Handle sentimental belongings, photos, keepsakes, and personal items with care and respect.
• Work alongside clients, family members, and team members in a calm and professional manner.
• Keep work areas tidy, safe, and organized throughout the move process.
