About the role

Lead the management and delivery of EY Canada’s internal CPA learning and student support programs. This national, cross-service-line role oversees program activities and processes supporting CPA students as they work toward membership, while helping the team deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the selection and creation of CPA exam preparation materials and the delivery of EY’s CPA education program.
• Coordinate CPA exam-result communications, student celebrations, and practical-experience training.
• Work with Recruiting, HR, Resource Management, CPA bodies, instructors, vendors, mentors, and program leaders to address student and program needs.
• Support EY’s Pre-Approved Programs and coordinate CPA Canada Practice Inspections across Canada.
• Guide the work of Supervising Associates, Associates, and Coordinators; manage recurring activities and complex projects.
• Maintain CPA student education and practical-experience information, communications, materials, and policies.
• Manage learning budgets and costs, track program information, and identify improvements using analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Canadian CPA designation required.
• Strong project management, prioritization, data analysis, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including filters, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables; Power Query is an asset.
• Experience with external vendors, program logistics, or virtual and in-person learning programs is an asset.
• Knowledge of compliance processes or regulated learning environments is an asset.
