Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our team during a busy period. This is a temporary contract role (5–6 months) with the potential to gain valuable management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Supervise and support front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Help manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support opening and closing procedures as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
