Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our team during a busy period. This is a temporary contract role (5–6 months) with the potential to gain valuable management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Supervise and support front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Help manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Assist with monitoring inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support opening and closing procedures as needed
Qualifications:- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
