Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting store operations, driving sales, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring that operational standards are met consistently.

Duties

• Assist in supervising daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management
• Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members
• Manage POS systems, pricing strategies, and purchasing activities to optimize profitability
• Lead team management initiatives including training & development programs, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales performance
• Maintain organizational efficiency through effective time management and communication skills
• Conduct regular store inspections to uphold safety standards and cleanliness

Experience

• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a fast-paced restaurant envirnment with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Strong background in restaurant management
• Ability to work in a fast paced envirnment, and willing to take a team approach to daily tasks when reuqired.
• Experience with merchandising, pricing, and inventory control systems (POS familiarity preferred)
• Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff, and team supervision
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer service best practices
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with strong time management skills and attention to detail

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
