Octane Auto is growing and we’re looking for a driven Assistant Sales / Finance Manager to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who understands both sales and finance, knows how to handle customers from start to finish, and wants to be part of a high performance dealership environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Work directly with customers from initial inquiry to delivery
- Structure, submit and fund finance deals to lenders
- Handle credit applications and approvals
- Support the sales team in closing deals
- Present financing options, warranties, and add ons
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Help manage deal flow and daily operations
- Monitor incoming leads and ensure fast response times across the team
- Follow up on missed or delayed leads and reassign when needed
- Hold the sales team accountable for responding to all leads
- Step in to handle hot or neglected leads to avoid lost deals
- Maintain response time standards and improve lead conversion
- Make sure every customer inquiry is handled professionally and quickly
What We’re Looking For- Experience in automotive sales or finance required
- Strong understanding of subprime and prime financing
- Ability to handle high volume leads
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
- Organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Motivated to earn and grow
