CarHub Caledon Chrysler is looking for a forward-thinking Assistant Service Manager to grow with the company. With proven experience in the automotive industry (Service Advisor) you will oversee the day to day operations to assure client satisfaction, department growth, while working closely with the Fixed Operations Manager.
Job Qualifications- Previous working experience as a Service Advisor in an Automotive Dealership
- Previous customer service experience
- Automotive technical background
Requirements- Practical written and verbal interpersonal skills to foster existing customer relations
- Willingness to manage and establish community relationships
- Possess the skills to manage employee performance.
- Skilled in problem analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and prioritize workload
- Set schedules and assign jobs to techs.
- Manage daily workflow & production
- Saturdays as required
- Valid Ontario Drivers License with a clean driver’s abstract
