Redline Auto Group is expanding our team at the London Auto Repairs. We are seeking an Assistant Service Manager to oversee daily shop operations and ensure high-quality automotive service.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day shop workflow and staff
- Schedule and prioritize repairs and maintenance
- Support technicians with diagnostics and repair guidance
- Maintain shop safety, organization, and inventory
- Communicate timelines and updates with management
Requirements- Experience in automotive shop management or lead technician role
- Strong knowledge of diagnostics, repairs, and shop operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- 310S an asset, not required
