Purpose of the RoleSupport a range of technology, data, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. As an Associate, Technology, you will work closely with IT leaders and members of the Technology & Data teams to help maintain project momentum, strengthen communication, and contribute to operational excellence.

Reporting to the Interim Vice‑President, Technology, this 4‑month contract role (May–August) offers practical exposure to project coordination, technology enablement, and organizational change in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Maintain and update project tracking tools (e.g., Asana) to ensure tasks are current, visible, and progressing.
- Help coordinate deliverables across initiatives (AI, Data Strategy, Data Governance, Security-related workstreams).
- Draft and edit internal communications (updates, summaries, OCM materials).
- Support organization of meetings, action items, and follow-ups.
- Track key decisions, risks, and dependencies across projects.
- Assist in preparing simple executive-ready summaries and status updates
- Contribute to change management efforts (communications, adoption support).
- Explore and support use of AI tools to improve team productivity and workflows.
Qualifications- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following through independently.
- Interested in project management, change management, or pursuing PMP (or similar path).
- Curious and hands-on with AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Creative thinker—able to simplify and communicate ideas clearly.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have- Exposure to project coordination, communications, or business analysis.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, M365, or similar collaboration platforms.
- Interest in technology, data, or digital transformation environments.
