Position OverviewRocky Mountain Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ltd. is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities- Structure, present and finalize automotive finance and lease deals
- Work with prime, subprime, and non-prime lenders to secure approvals
- Present and explain financing options, extended warranties, and protection products in a transparent, customer-focused manner
- Ensure full compliance with AMVIC regulations and Alberta laws
- Take full ownership of deals from approval through funding, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout
- Build and maintain strong lender relationships to maximize approval opportunities and stay current with programs and guidelines
- Manage multiple deals while staying organized and detail-focused
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to structure deals effectively and support overall store performance
- Handle customer credit applications and sensitive financial information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain high standards of ethics, transparency, and disclosure
Qualifications- Minimum 2–3 years of automotive finance experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of lender structures, approvals, and deal structuring
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dealership setting
- Experience with subprime and credit-challenged clients is a strong asset
- Valid AMVIC license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and closing skills without high-pressure tactics
- Results-driven with a strong focus on deal completion, funding accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with dealership CRM and finance systems
- Proven ability to work professionally with a variety of personalities in both customer-facing and internal team environments
