Finance Manager

Wille Dodge- Victoria, BC Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Weekends OFF

Wille Dodge is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off.

We are looking for a confident, detail oriented finance professional who can step into an active dealership environment and make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Structuring and finalizing vehicle deals efficiently
• Working with GSM/Finance Director to submit credit applications
• Navigating prime and non-prime approvals
• Presenting and selling extended warranties and protection products
• Ensuring full compliance with lender and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining strong communication with the sales team to keep deals moving

Automotive finance experience is required. You should be comfortable managing deal flow independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accuracy.

Pay: $37,960.00-$175,398.49 per year
