Duties- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts and B2B interactions to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct high-end sales consultations, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits to meet customer needs
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and deal terms to close sales effectively while maintaining dealership policies
- Support sales support activities including follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and maintaining organized records of customer interactions
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties or accessories to maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new customers and increasing brand awareness
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain organized documentation of all sales activities and customer information using dealership management systems
- Assist in developing and executing strategies for retail sales growth and dealership objectives
Requirements- Proven experience in retail sales, dealership sales, or B2B sales with a focus on automotive or high-end products preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Multilingual capabilities, especially bilingual in Spanish, to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to automotive sales and customer engagement techniques
- Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Familiarity with sales management tools, CRM systems, or related software is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license required for client meetings and test drives
