As the connection between our customers and service technicians, you will play a key role in ensuring every visit is smooth, transparent, and positive—helping build long-term relationships and trust with our customers.
What You’ll Do:- Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their service needs
- Clearly communicate recommended services, timelines, and costs
- Prepare and manage repair orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Act as the liaison between customers and technicians to ensure quality and timeliness
- Provide updates throughout the service process and follow up after completion
- Upsell maintenance services in a consultative, customer-first manner
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
What You Bring:- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred, 3+ years preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn quickly
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
- A team-first attitude and commitment to delivering a great customer experience
