Role OverviewThis is a high-volume, hands-on role responsible for reviewing 100–120 repair orders daily and submitting warranty claims across four dealerships, including Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR), Mazda, and Kia.
You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within fixed operations by auditing repair orders, managing warranty submissions, and maintaining consistency across all locations.
CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) warranty experience is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Review and audit 100–120 repair orders daily across multiple dealership locations
- Ensure all ROs are accurate, complete, and compliant with OEM standards (including CDJR requirements)
- Prepare and submit warranty claims, with a strong focus on CDJR processes and compliance
- Identify and correct errors, missing information, or inconsistencies in repair documentation
- Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and managers to resolve discrepancies
- Monitor and follow up on claim status, rejections, and resubmissions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OEM warranty policies, especially CDJR
- Support consistency and best practices across all four dealerships
What We’re Looking For- Mandatory: Experience handling CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) warranty claims
- Proven experience in automotive warranty administration and/or service operations
- Strong understanding of repair orders, warranty submissions, and dealership workflows
- Ability to manage high-volume, detail-heavy work (100–120 ROs daily)
- Experience working across multiple rooftops or high-throughput environments is a strong asset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK experience is preferred)

- Reduced claim rejections and improved warranty approval rates
- Strong communication with service teams leading to cleaner, more accurate ROs
- Efficient turnaround time on all warranty submissions
