We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves local deliveries and pickups throughout Essex & Kent County, along with safe operation of company vehicles and equipment.
Responsibilities:- Complete daily deliveries and pickups of materials to customer sites
- Operate boom truck and/or forklift to load and unload materials
- Assist with manual loading/unloading using repetitive lifting when required
- Verify loads, paperwork, and proper securing of materials (tarping, strapping, etc.)
- Complete all required MTO paperwork, log books, and daily circle checks
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle (including greasing and cab cleanliness)
- Conduct safe, timely, and professional deliveries at all times
- Work professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
Requirements:- Minimum DZ driver’s license required
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Valid forklift license and experience operating forklift/boom equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel-toe safety footwear required
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately and consistently
- Safety-conscious, dependable, and professional
