Position DescriptionWe currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Long Haul Driver to haul waste daily to and from our Kingston location.
Position Responsibilities- Operate and drive tractor trailer to transport goods and materials as a Long Haul Truck Driver.
- Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials to destinations in a safe and efficient way according to the all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle systems and equipment such as tires, lights and breaks, etc.
- Plan your trip according to the weather conditions.
- Follow safety procedures for transporting materials.
- Maintain Log Books according to rules and regulations.
Qualifications- AZ Licence
- 5 years AZ heavy haul experience
- Clean drivers abstract, and clean criminal search
- Experience in waste is considered an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
