OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented B2B Operations and Support Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our business to business (B2B) support operations, ensuring seamless communication, technical support, and efficient management of IT infrastructure for our corporate clients. Your expertise will help optimize our service delivery, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain robust network and hardware systems. Responsibilities- Manage and optimize CRM systems (Zoho/Zoho One) to ensure accurate customer and sales data and oversee the day-to-day operations of B2B platforms including Shopify Plus, Zoho, Everflow (Affiliate system), invoicing, and payments.
- Analyze sales performance and build dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as conversion rates, retention, and revenue growth, providing B2B reporting and data across Zoho, Everflow, and shared reports for leadership, channel owners, sales, and partners.
- Support sales forecasting and planning, taking seasonal wellness trends into account, and improve sales processes for memberships, subscriptions, and client onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns and customer journeys, while ensuring smooth lead routing and timely follow-up for consultations, classes, or product inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Train and support sales and customer experience teams on tools and best practices.
- Be the single owner of the B2B partner and partner's customer lifecycle, including lead intake, approvals, account setup, pricing/access rules, ordering, invoicing, refunds, and status changes.
- Run and scale channel and partner models (wholesale, partner D2C, affiliate/group storefronts), ensuring rules, access, and paperwork are tracked and updated as needed.
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Tech for B2B-related campaigns, launches, changes, and issues.
- Actively manage B2B social media channels and forward captured leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
What We’re Looking For- 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have Experience- Experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Basic SQL or data analysis experience
- Experience with subscription-based or membership models
- Knowledge of client lifecycle metrics (LTV, CAC, retention)
- Exposure to marketing automation tools
