We are currently recruiting for back up/on call Personal Support Workers to assist our female employer in all activities of daily living.
The employer enjoys boxing, community activism and watching football games.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be available for back up/on call.
Location:- North Vancouver, BC (Near Upper Lonsdale)
Compensation:Shifts:Back up coverage:
- Weekdays 9:00am - 3:00pm
- Weekdays evenings - 8:30pm -10:00pm
- Weekends - 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Weekend evenings 8:30pm -10:00pm
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)- All aspects of personal care include, but are not limited to, personal hygiene, showering, catheter care, wound care, and bowel routine
- Transfers with a ceiling lift
- Light meal prep, housekeeping and laundry
- RX pick ups in the neighborhood
- Assistance with short outings and gym visits
Qualification:- Caregiving experience required
- Experience with catheterization care required
- Comfortable with personal care required
- Fully vaccinated required
- Ability to be available for back up/on call required
