You will have responsibility for the product, application and interface setup in the Loans areas of core banking. This includes but is not limited to, shares, consumer, commercial, Ag loans, line of credit and mortgages . This person will work directly with the client loan contact. Responsible for requirements gathering and deposit data mapping from the existing host system to the new core platform.
- Provide recommendations for implementation and process improvement during banking conversions
- Configure and implement core banking processing
- Document client and internal discussions and decisions
- Execute specific duties and groups of work as assigned
- Manage/resolve a fixed percentage of Service cases, prepare and educate team members
- Test new features and functionality
- Engage with clients and evaluate Readiness for conversion
- Conduct support and training sessions during warranty period
- Ensure client satisfaction
Experience in the following areas:- Statement and Notice processing
- Loan Back Office Processing
- Loan Operations
- End of Day/Month and Year End Processing
- Consumer/Commercial/Agriculture Loan Product
- Consumer and Commercial Loan Processing
- System Operations
Some travel required and may include weekend and holidays.
