Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting residents to maintain safe and healthy lifestyles, while observing and reporting changes in their physical health, appearance, behavior, or daily routines.
• Recognizing crisis situations, using de-escalation techniques, determining appropriate interventions, and contacting necessary supports when required.
• Encouraging and assisting residents to make healthy choices and to follow care plans, medical directives, and individualized support plans.
• Planning, participating in, and supporting residents with daily activities, including household tasks, recreational and leisure activities, learning opportunities, physical fitness, and basic money management.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure living environment in accordance with organizational policies and standards.
• Assisting residents with personal care and hygiene in a respectful, compassionate, and dignified manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Full availability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays (required)

Pay: $24.26-$29.11 per hour
