We operate out of a 115,000 Sq. foot warehouse in Kitchener, Ontario and specialize in stocking hard-to-find parts that can be shipped same-day.

About the RoleThis position is ideal for someone who values learning, flexibility, and the opportunity to apply bilingual communication skills in a practical, business environment.
This is a versatile role ideal for someone who enjoys learning, flexibility, and working in a hands‑on environment. As a bilingual team member, you’ll support English and French‑speaking customers through phone, email, in‑person, and online channels, assisting with orders, pricing, product selection, shipping, backorders, while helping identify sales and product opportunities. You’ll also support retail counter and warehouse activities as needed while working closely with a collaborative team. Full training and hands‑on support are provided to help you build skills, confidence, and capability in all core activities.
