Job DetailsAs a Customer Supply Chain Representative at Burnbrae Farms, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. Salary Range: $50,000-$52,000/year

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Handle inbound calls, emails, EDI’s and other forms of communication from consumers, retail partners, and distributors.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about Burnbrae Farms products and services.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems (SAP, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining the best resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring follow-through.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing and operations teams to support customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Educate customers on new products, promotions, and policies where appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS:- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or SAP is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French is a must due to regional responsibilities
