Yamaha Motor Finance Canada (“YMFCA”) is the established captive finance division of Yamaha Motor Canada (“YMCA”), and a subsidiary of Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation (“YMFC”), which is focused on providing financial solutions to Yamaha dealers and customers through its Retail and Wholesale finance programs.

Summary of ResponsibilitiesThe Bilingual Retail Finance Funding Coordinator is responsible for the audit review and processing of all new lease/loan contracts received, as well as coordinating any deficiencies with the Dealers to successfully process all contracts.
Key Duties & Responsibilities- Audit lease/loan packages received to ensure all documentation requirements have been met according to policies and procedures, ensuring all information corresponds to the credit approval, the personal and financial information on the contracts are accurate and that the lease/loan follows the current program parameters.
- Provide exceptional front-line support to dealers by professionally answering questions pertaining to any documentation deficiencies, policy and procedure and programs.
- Coordinate funding queue workflows to ensure processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaise with Credit regarding any conditional credit approval documents required.
- Authorize the payment to the Dealer on a file that has met all requirements.
Experience Requirements- Degree/Diploma: University Degree or College Diploma preferred or relevant work experience

Skills and Abilities- Strong verbal and written communication skills - bilingual (French/English) is a must.
- Customer Service orientated and solutions-focused with dealers and internal staff.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to learn and use a multitude of PC applications and programs.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Demonstrates flexibility by adapting to change within the business area and unit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and willing to work overtime as required.
- Power sport and/or leasing experience would be considered a definite asset.
- Minimum 3 days working at Head Office
- Available for a 5 day week with varying rotating shifts including Saturday availability
Shifts:- 8 AM to 4 PM
- 9 AM to 5 PM
- 10 AM to 6 PM
- 12 PM to 8 PM
Expected salary range: $50,000 - $59,000/per annum
Although base salary for this position falls within the above posted range, final compensation will be determined
