We are a fast-growing lawn care company serving homeowners with services such as lawn cutting, fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, lime applications, grub control, and mosquito/tick treatments. We are looking for a bilingual French/English sales rep who can respond to inbound leads quickly, build trust with homeowners, answer questions confidently, and close lawn care packages over the phone.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Call inbound leads as soon as they come in, ideally within 5 minutes
• Qualify homeowners and understand what services they are looking for
• Answer questions about our lawn care services and packages
• Recommend the right service based on the customer’s needs
• Close lawn care packages over the phone
• Follow up with leads who received estimates but have not yet moved forward
• Keep notes organized and up to date in the CRM
• Communicate with the team through Slack and track activity in Google Sheets
• Help create a smooth, professional experience for every lead from first contact to close

Who We’re Looking For

You are someone who is:

• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Strong on the phone and comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Fast, responsive, and able to follow up quickly when leads come in
• Confident in sales without sounding pushy
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable handling objections and answering common customer questions
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Motivated by performance and commission opportunities

Preferred Experience

• Sales experience, customer service experience, or call handling experience
• Experience in lawn care, home services, landscaping, or related industries is a strong asset
• Experience closing inbound leads is a plus

Schedule and Role Details

• This is a seasonal, part-time remote role
• Availability is needed Monday through Sunday
• This is not a standard 8-hour shift role
• The main expectation is that you are available to respond to inbound leads quickly during agreed coverage times
• Lead volume is expected to ramp up during May and June
