We are hiring event staff for a large-scale interactive brand experience in Vancouver.
We are seeking two types of team members for this event:
1. Guest Experience Staff (Front of House)Ideal for outgoing, professional individuals with strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities- Welcome and guide guests through the interactive experience
- Create an energetic, polished, and engaging atmosphere
- Clearly explain the experience and answer guest questions
- Help manage guest flow and maintain smooth operations
- Support resets and general event logistics
Ideal Candidates- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or event experience
- Comfortable engaging with large volumes of guests
- Professional, reliable, and confident in a fast-paced environment
2. Sewing Experience SpecialistsIdeal for applicants with sewing machine experience who can combine technical skill with guest interaction.
Responsibilities- Operate sewing machines during live guest activations
- Customize garments including hats, totes, sweaters, and shirts
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic sewing machine issues on-site
- Assist guests throughout the customization process
- Ensure quality control and smooth production flow
Required Skills- Confident sewing machine operation
- Ability to independently troubleshoot common machine issues
- Attention to detail and efficiency under pressure
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
Preferred Background- Fashion / apparel students
- Costume design students
- Textile students
- Theatre wardrobe / production students
- Tailoring / alterations experience
